Modern factory
We boast over 20,000 square meters of state-of-the-art facilities, spanning carbon fiber and E‑glass workshops, cutting and fiber‑rolling operations, as well as sanding, painting, bonding, and epoxy‑coating departments.
Carbon Fiber Workshop
For more than a decade, TRITON has been dedicated to producing carbon fabric raw materials of IM-8 and IM-6 grades. At the same time, we have also developed nanofiber technology.
CNC Workshop
To better serve our customers and ensure a smoother supply chain, our CNC workshop can customize all components according to your specifications, including winders, aluminum spool holders, and wire guides.
Stamping Workshop
We have specialized punching presses that deliver powerful impact, enabling us to create dents and stamp various materials—including steel and aluminum alloys—into specific shapes.
Welding Workshop
MMA, TIG, and MIG welding machines, along with TRITON equipment, enable the production of various types of grounding stakes and steel bases for display poles.
Mold Workshop
TRITON boasts over 4,000 molds, enabling the production of a wide range of blanks—from tiny ice-fishing rods to 5.4-meter surfcasting blanks, and from EGI’s UL-action rods to XXH blanks for trolling.
